I ordered the r-line edition on the 04/04/2023 they said to me 6 months but now I’m calling them the guy who deals with mobility orders and he took my order he doesn’t come to the phone I had his email address and email him too no answer I don’t know what to do, any advice? At least he can answer my and tell me it will take time I don’t mind but the fact they don’t answer me is very upsetting me, what should I do guys?
Times like this is best to ring Motability and ask them to contact the dealer on your behalf while you wait on the side.
Just another approach and has worked for me in the past and I’m assuming your using a contact email address given to you when you ordered the car but if you go into your Motability account and look at your order it will give you a contact email address for the dealer and not the person who ordered the car even though they might have an email address connected to the dealership.
