    I have had the same problem, my personal assistant spent tim on Friday emptying cupboards and taking video of in and out the house  of the fuse box and both electric and gas meters and under the sink also where the car is and where the charger is to go.

    Yesterday I got the survey on my phone followed by a phone call. Last night I attempted the survey, only to come across as several obssticals.

    It did not lost my car although it did lost the ioniq 5

    It would not accept my number plate as it is a personal number plate registered to my current car.

    They are asking for more numbers from my electric meter even though they have a picture of it.

    I eventually have up as I do not want a job with them I just want a person out to do a survey of what they need.
