Once you order the car Motability will require around 4 days in which to finalise the paperwork. During this time Ohme will hopefully be in touch for you to fill out a survey and upload photographs of your meter cupboard and where you want the charger. If all goes well the charger hopefully will be fitted within the first 7-10 days dependng how busy they are, if an in person survey needs to be done, it may take longer. However I would expect your dealer to fully charge the vehicle prior to taking delivery.
