I called motability too and they said the can’t change the advance payment. I said what if I cancel and put in a new application. They said they can’t stop me doing that so I guess that’s the only way. Will head to the dealer tomorrow and tell them to put in a new application at the lower price but keep my order with Audi the same
Thats where I don’t get Motabilty – if they do it for one they should do it for all. Ring back later and speak to another advisor.
If you do decide to cancel hopefully theres another Audi dealer in your area you can re order with.
