Just a brief comment on the Audi Q4 Etron. I sat in one at a dealership in Worcester and was surprised at how small and cramped it felt. The Sport version was also unimpressive in comparison to the higher spec models.

Yet is said to have the same interior space to the Q5! Perception or genuinely felt cramped?

My first impression was that it looked smaller than I expected. When I sat in it the first thing that I noticed was how small and narrow the centre armrest looked, which gave me the feeling that the proximity of driver and passenger would be tight. I felt uncomfortable in what felt like a confined space so I quickly exited. Also the Sport fabric and trim looked basic in comparison to the higher grade models.

The car was outside in the rain but it looked like a compact SUV. The only disclaimer I would add is that the young lady who showed me the car told me that she had only worked at the dealership for two weeks. Initially she couldn’t find the vehicle that she had the keys for so after a few minutes she went to get the keys to another vehicle. As it was raining I didn’t do a walk around but got straight in to the car. I now wonder given your comments kezo whether she had picked up the keys to a smaller Audi.
