Just2FishAs this fits with the headline starting prices in Q4 of the Enyaq, being £3,999, I think that it’s probably correct, being on a Skoda dealer’s website. No Sportline/SportLine Plus it appears.. https://www.vantagemotorgroup.co.uk/motability/skoda/offers/enyaq/

It us you naking a supposition based on a worldwide storyboard article, that, has yet to be confirmed for the UK market by the Skoda UK Press Office and not picked up by the UK Xar Magazines who get their information from the UK press offices.
You have decided that, because of a worldwide article, that its happening in week 44 from where rid that supposition cone from?
We know from actual dealerships they’re not told anything until the UK press office releases it to them.
Two dealerships said its happening in week 44 ? Really? I doubt that.
Yet again, no one has said ut won’t happen here, but we do mot have any official pronouncement from Skoda UK that they are replacing the 80 in week 44 if at all. All we know for certain is that the L&K and the VRS, the two premium models will get the 85, the only one stared order from November us the L&K
We don’t even know for a raft that the 85 will be available on the scheme, nagging, that us a supposition.
Facts nit gut feelings is the only actual data you can rely on.
Until Skoda UK announce the 85 for the range, until they, including the L&K appear on the Skoda UK website, until the Skoda Q4 motability price l7st us released, until the 85 appears on the scheme, or Skoda stare from week xx all 80 orders will be 85, its all supposition.
October 3, 2023 at 7:53 pm #236243Just a brief comment on the Audi Q4 Etron. I sat in one at a dealership in Worcester and was surprised at how small and cramped it felt. The Sport version was also unimpressive in comparison to the higher spec models.
Yet is said to have the same interior space to the Q5!
Perception or genuinely felt cramped?
October 3, 2023 at 7:55 pm #236245Surely order the 80 if you want an 80 Enyak, be happy you’ve got the car, and happier if you get the newer model.
October 3, 2023 at 7:57 pm #236247But the battery is the same? That hasn’t changed? What’s changed is the motor and software.
I’m sure you get my drift ?

My first impression was that it looked smaller than I expected. When I sat in it the first thing that I noticed was how small and narrow the centre armrest looked, which gave me the feeling that the proximity of driver and passenger would be tight. I felt uncomfortable in what felt like a confined space so I quickly exited. Also the Sport fabric and trim looked basic in comparison to the higher grade models.
The car was outside in the rain but it looked like a compact SUV. The only disclaimer I would add is that the young lady who showed me the car told me that she had only worked at the dealership for two weeks. Initially she couldn’t find the vehicle that she had the keys for so after a few minutes she went to get the keys to another vehicle. As it was raining I didn’t do a walk around but got straight in to the car. I now wonder given your comments kezo whether she had picked up the keys to a smaller Audi.

When I went to look at one it had leather and tri zone climate on the sport trim (it was updated a while ago), I could have driven away more or less in it, if I wanted! The Audi is 4588mm vs 4648mm for the Enyak sportline in length.
From my personal perspective I would prefer the Audi over the Enyak mainly due to the layout of the dash – I’m not a fan of the big box, little box screens 🙂

PaulWell I ordered the sportline X today, regardless, we picked race blue after initially going for moon white, but the misses keeps saying I think we should of stuck with white ?.if anybody else has ordered one what colour did you go for……
October 3, 2023 at 10:00 pm #236259If and when the DWP get around to my reassessment, my current plan is in favour of ordering the Sport Blue myself, although with the black lettering on the sportline I’m vaguely considering silver. My current car is white and I’d like a change which kinda rules out the Moon White.
The Moon White is a metallic colour, not a three-stage pearl which is how the majority of sparkly whites are made and to my eye it always seems a little grey as a result (the pearl whites tend to be brighter and have more of a colour-shift in the sun while the metallics don’t change as much).
I personally prefer the 3 stage pearl whites but like so many other things, it’s simply an opinion.
Please bear in mind I have spent many many years mixing car paint so might be a little more aware of subtle differences than the average joe.

Paul, I was in the Skoda dealership yesterday and there were three Sportline 80x’s lined up outside the showroom. There were two black cars either side of a beautiful metallic Blue car. I actually commented to the salesman that the Blue Enyaq looked absolutely outstanding. Tell your wife that you made the right choice in the opinion of this old guy who just loves beautiful cars.

October 4, 2023 at 9:24 am #236311The bit at the bottom is a big clue “All existing orders orders are exceptionally not produced as ordered, but according to the NEW specifications (MY 2024 from Week 44/2023).

October 4, 2023 at 5:20 pm #236398Well, it looks like someone’s ears were burning!
Got a call from the motability chap about reducing the AP on my order, was very nice and said it was all done. Apologised for whoever it was I saw Monday morning that hadn’t passed on the message about it.
Checked my account and it’s now showing at the correct price of £1749 (with the £750 already taken off) 🙂
Also more potentially good news, it’s been on order exactly a month and still hasn’t got a build week so I think January is looking unlikely. Just have to wait and see what happens with the MY24 production.
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!

Yes Paul.

Robif dealers say that production is starting around week 44 of MY2024, and I have ben told that wait times are currently 4 months then that would mean the car I order soon would surely be made in 2024 and thus a 2024 MY? Or am I missing something? Week 4 is around the 30 October if I understand that the week quotes to the number of weeks in a year?
My PIP review confirmation is on its way in the post- its either a day of disappointment or an appointment at Skoda to order an 85x storyline, race blue, maxx package transport package and 21inch wheels so I know it will be a factory order most likely.

Robmay I ask where you accessed this doc and if you could share the link- I am not able to find it- thank you!

If that is aimed at my post, it’s originally from the German Enyaq forum. It was posted a couple of weeks ago.
October 4, 2023 at 8:11 pm #236452Or am I missing something? Week 4 is around the 30 October if I understand that the week quotes to the number of weeks in a year?
Yes they refer to the week inumber of a year. As of Sunday 1st Oct we are in week 39 or week 40 depending on whether you refer to UK calander rules (39) or the internationally use ISO standard (40) ?
October 4, 2023 at 10:12 pm #236470I added the Advanced pack (£2035) with the Canton sound system, heated windscreen, Infotainment pack + and the HUD. Given my current health issues it may be my last car. Following the $%&£ in the oversized Transit that wrote me and my nice Yeti off 40 months ago I now have permanent heart problems and either a small clot or piece of plaque on my cerebellum that they don’t want to touch. Not enough to stop me driving (yet) but who knows what the next 3-5 years may bring.
I really didn’t want to spend more than £3000 on another car but with the new pricing it’s came to £4,800 including the pack. I should be getting the insurance payout from the yeti accident shortly so that will cover that as well as a couple of holidays, one with my Autistic son and another with my daughter to spend some quality time with them.
Please excuse spelling/typos. Apart from being a clot it turns out I had one on my cerebellum that's now causing various problems!
