When I was in our local Skoda dealership yesterday the Motability rep (who I’ve known for a couple of years) said to me, “In all honesty you probably know more than me about future models and tech changes.”
He went on to say that dealers get absolutely no forward info from Skoda about changes”. Apparently they often hear updates from customers before they are told. He said they were expecting to hear news about the new version of the Kodiak before any updates on the Enyaq, but they have literally been told nothing for months.
It seems that Skoda could massively benefit from reading this forum (and others) in order to bring their business communication model up to an acceptable level.
