Hi, I did email them yesterday. They replied saying its locked and cant change the figures. We only have 2 days until the 1 year countdown begins so probably not worth the hassle now. Thanks for the reply.
I think someone in this forum, can’t remember who, had the same problem with change of AP right at the last minute of collection and they, if I remember correctly, ask Motability directly if there was anything they could do about it and apparently they just said no problem and changed it there and then.
I am of course going by memory of the thousands of post I read here over the course of a year and could be dreaming but well worth a call to Motability.
