I would always define the best deals as being the cars with the lowest outlay (sacrificed benefits plus AP) as a percentage of the retail price.
As the sacrificed benefits for PIP recipients is around £11,500 over 3 years, regardless of what car you order, as a general rule it usually means that the best value cars are the ones with the highest retail prices and the worst value ones are those with the lowest retail prices.
I think the Megane Iconic is around £42k, so with an AP of £995 added to the PIP sacrificed, you are paying around 30% of the cost of the vehicle which, by Motability standards, is pretty good. As to how that compares to others I’ve no idea ?
