Ordered Vauxhall Astra Sports Tourer September 2022 and still waiting ?
Have been told ETA is September 21st but the car still doesn’t have a chassis number!! Macklin motors is absolutely shocking with customer service. Never even submitted my application to Mobility but ordered the car so they are also now discussing the advance payment as it’s went from just about £500 to £2000 which I definitely didn’t sign up for! Absolute joke of a wait have asked them for an update on the chassis number but as usual I am ignored ?.
