I think the most important aspect of this news is that for the first time a volume carmaker (Stellantis) is offering a battery range previously only available from more “premium “ manufacturers at stellar prices.
It is a given that technological advances tend to trickle down from the top and we have seen offerings from Mercedes etc with 500 + mile ranges previously. As Kezo states it will depend on what the likely asking price is, but even so it appears that “range anxiety” with regards BEVs, could become a thing of the past.
Prices in the EU likely announced in November and availability in the UK from Feb 24. Things are moving apace, for sure.
