    We have a claim in and are trying to sort a temp replacement car, despite daily calls (some taking over 2 hours) the issue has still not been sorted. They phoned me yesterday and said the local Enterprise hire would have a booking ref by 4pm but that has not been done. Phoned them this morning (90 mins) and now trying again (so far 54 mins).
