I had my door lintel replaced and it took 2 builders a couple of hours. much hte same with a window lintel.
Only difference is yours will require scaffolding, you can add another hour for putting that up and taking it down.
All in all the lintel replacement cost £400, and that was about 6 years ago. Today, post covid it will cost a lot more.
