Neighbour has just had his 2nd ZS ev (not motability) and he thinks they are great especially the updates on the later dedicated EV platform and won’t have anthing else other than MG. As you say it will get you from A-B and keep money in your pocket if suitable. MFillingham has/had the older short range ZS with little problems I believe and the later one is superior!
The earlier HS I believe had some gremlims in the electrics but, the new model gets far better reviews inc owners on youtube and Dougie B on her swears by them.
