    @Roger Wikco – a good point Roger but I hope you are wrong! :o)

    I’m concerned what you say about the Ariya as I have a 6ft 6inch son so we need to pay particular attention to that when we test drive.

    I like the Enyaq but the cost would be astronomical in add-ons to get an ‘on par’ level of equipment as you’d get in an Ariya or an EV6 and that what puts us off.

    I’ve had the Mustang on a 48 hour test drive – lovely car in dual motor, AWD guise but, like you say, ride was surprisingly problematic to some of the passengers – my nephew said he felt like he’d ‘been on a rough jorney on the ferry from the Isle of Wight’! Price also is crazy in my opinion and it feels like Ford are being left behind a bit in this new EV world – let’s hope they catch up quickly with the Explorer and other models in the pipeline.

    But it’s very much horses for courses as they say so good luck with whatever you choose.
