Suggest caution when dealing with my supplier British Gas even with things that are tried and tested let alone their short term EV Tariff which having ongoing teething problems I hear.
Problem resolution being impacted by not being able to speak to someone qualified and UK based.
Had enough trouble when trying to request new meter tails for my EV charger install
Steer clear imo as much better out there
