The text basically stated if it has improved no need to reply, if it has not improved reply and they will phone back.
All I can say it is normal nothing special, we changed the LG television last month because the signal kept dropping out, we now have a new posh LG that has still dropped out.
When I went BT online site it showed 4 different problem options, I ticked slow and signal dropping out.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
