@Oscarmax How long is your contract with BT? Still need to know your location. Town will suffice. Just so I can look at alternative, quality FTTP ISP’s in your area. Do you know what telephone exchange you are connect to? if so let me know.
I have been onto BT site they have performed 15 minute line test, followed by a text, it seems to improved lets see if it stays that way.
