I don’t have anyone to make the call(s) for me as we moved recently. Advocacy services are stretched so it’s difficult to communicate.
Motability said they’d communicate by email considering circumstances but it means my having to call them using Relay, which is a nightmare to use, just to get them to look for the email.
I’m not expecting much from them or the grants team.
Salesperson yesterday said about the paint and options that if it was a certain amount (£1,600 for example), I’d only need to contribute £400 towards that.
Trying to establish what the guidelines are or if yesterday the salesperson was mistaken.
Your question about either a full hybrid or plug in hybrid? It’s the former as I don’t have the means to plug in and charge where I live. I’d be ok with petrol for now if I was happy with the car and the only petrol I can see I’d like is the BMW 118i but would need to check the boot space.
May have to consider waiting for the next quarter to see if anything has the correct options included with the car itself.
