Hi @MissingSound7 – I will try to answer what I can.
Motabilty inc the charity in general don’t like to respond to emails for whateve reason which is ironic considering you are death. Deaf. Equally strange I don’t believe you contact them by minicom either, although with their insurance provider you can! Have you a close family member or friend, who would be willing to act as your appointee? An appointee would bable to speak to Motability on your behalf.
With regards to dealers, some will just ignore you purely because your a Motability customer. Equally some salesmen/women have big noses!
Its also unlikely the grants team will pay for optional extras fitted by factory. The Advance ayments your see advertised on Motability are for the specification of a standard car depending on the trim you choose i.e a Ford Vignale will have a higher specification than the ST line. Any factry options are down to you however if you chose a higher spec car its unlikely you will need to pay for any of these options. Equally you should not let a dealer force you into having anything you don’t wan’t or will be of no use.
Are you after a SUV Full hybrid or Plug in Hybrid?
Any more question please feel free to ask 🙂
