Yes Mike, you download an app that allows you to communicate with the car remotely to turn on pre- heating/cooling. For me, its open app and press one button to start at preset level.
My app also sets charging %, preset departure times, start/stop charging, battery range & % left, lock & unlock, see its location on a map, view short and long term driving history & energy used/regenerated.
