Williams BMW didn’t even bother to reply to my email requesting if they would match it, I’ll just cancel it myself and place an order with Marshalls.
In all fairness, you would struggle to find any dealership that will negotiate via email or phone. As a number of us have said in this thread, in order to stand any chance of getting a different dealership to match the Marshalls offer you need to physically go in. If that still doesn’t work, then a trip to Marshalls becomes a no brainer.
