Regarding the Tucson. I am about to order the petrol manual ultimate. am I walking into a scenario where I have constant issues?? I probably drive about 6 miles each day…. 50 Mike round trip to hospital each fortnight.

There are reports of another software update to fix the problem however, I’m not certain if its the original fix which didn’t work that has resurfaced this year or Hyundai/Kia have come out with another fix. I drive 500+ miles every three weeks which seems to kept the bigger problem away. If you look at the number of 2022 Tuscons ans Sportages sld, it outstrips the number of complaints, if that means anything. Having the manual it is also easier to control what gear your in and to keep the revs up if needed and deaccelerate often which is what keeps it clean from the start.

The car itself is very nice and has alot of features, if not a bit thirsty.
