I wonder how electric cars will perform/economy once stock tyres have be replaced with what ever brand Kwik Fit choose to fit…and…I suspect that when people leave Kwik Fit with new tyres fitted to their E Konas (just as an example) they may well find that the new equivalent fitted tyres may not be as economical as before
Well, wonder no more…I had a flat, Kwik Fit took one look at the Nexens fitted as standard to the Soul (and the Kona) and said “Replace, like for like, the OEM is a budget tyre” and gave me their cheapest, own brand, Arrowspeed tyre, its awful, but have to say, pretty much the same as the mediocre Nexens on the car as OEM.
In life, it's not who you know that's important, it's how your wife found out.
