TOPIC UPDATE: Ford Redhill continue to refuse to refund all monies paid by me (£145 for exclusive colour upgrade + £25 for petrol) After requesting a chargeback through my bank Barclays have temporarily credited my current account with £170 After discussing my dispute with a very nice MotabilityOps lady in a telephone call 45 or so minutes ago on behalf of Motability she very kindly offered a credit of £170 which i declined. Heading over to Ford Redhill in about 25 mins to enlighten them. (Thank you to @Berti & @Menorca Mike for their latest replies – they were very much appreciated.)
