The Charity and Motability together are supposed to be separate but in my case they were not and when you complain to the top they side together like in a Negligence case luckily for me The Financial Ombudsman told Motability they were out of order and Also breached Equality act which is strange when you think they should know better. Also I want to say as they seem to police themselves how do you know what happened as I won my case? So i am very happy that justice ruled in the end.
