Speccy. TBH from what you write we get an inclination of who treated whom badly. If you are going to be abusive to the team members down a phone, I am no judge, but I would bet that Barry Le Grys would do everytihng to protect his team. He has done that his whole career. The team have no way to defend themselves, and it is usually a one sided rant. But Speccy for your own health, you are only making matters worse for yourself. Sometimes you have to let stuff go, analyse and bury it. Everything about your case is outwith your control. You are never going to win, because you have already lost a lot by your grievance. For your own sake – let it go.
To make this clear how do you know what went on and how I was treated as the Financial Ombudsman came out in my favor and also The Equality people said i had a case of breach of the 2010 act.There seems to be a ongoing problem with how badly you can be treated and when you complain to the top they as in the Police in UK police themselves there really needs to be a separate entity that rules on Motability and the Charity but there is the Ombudsman and It turned out ok.
