As Kezo says yo get the keys to the car when you input the PIN.
The dealership went above and beyond to get the car to you, and you didnt enter the PIN.
The PIN is Motability’s way of discerning that the order is fulfilled and the customer has accepted the car.
It is essentially a digital signature.
If you dont know the procedures for accepting the car Motability will advise you.
I would suggest phoning Motability, they are the only ones that can help you.
