I’m also going through a rough time with Motability Grants. I went for a driver’s assessment with Driveability, but the case manager was quite rude to me (Emmanuel), stating the car wasn’t on the scheme (when it was and still is), and even if it was, he wasn’t going to give me that car. What a rude way to talk to someone!
I put in a complaint and requested to change my case manager. His manager agreed that he should have handled things differently, but refused to change my case manager, and asked me if I wanted to close my grant application!!!
What’s happened to Motability Grants? (They are apparently not the same company as Motability Car Lease at all, despite having the same name).
