I have no doubt that we are close to a seismic jump in battery technology with many very promising designs on the table.
Without a doubt Brydo, the world of battery manufacturers are racing to be the first to put solid state battery’s into mass production and into vehicles – Toyota is leading with Patents with companies like Panasonic, Panasonic also team up with Imec, Chin’s CATL (the largest battery manufacturer in the world) China’s NIO also with Panasonic (though I think it been suspended) and WeoLink. DongFeng Motor a little heard of part of the PSA(D) group has said 2024, USA Quantumskape has teamed up with Volkswagon and BMW has turned to Hyundai to name a few.
