Hello there, has anyone successfully had their AP reduced after it has gone down after placing an order? I ordered a Toyota Corolla Estate at the start of the year with an AP of £3495 and it has now gone down to £2495 with collection due in August. I spoke to Motability this morning and they said the price is fixed from when you ordered it but I read elsewhere that if you complain you may get a reduction – not sure if this is the case? Thanks.
