Can’t quite marke out the full picture where youve inserted “gardens”, but would the HA allow you to put 2 rows of slabs to act as a driveway in your garden and use bolt down kerb droppers such as RadiKerb or request the kerbs to be dropped? If you were to ask if this is possible and they still say no, write to the director stating Motability will pay for the install of the charger, you just need the kerbs droping or if allowed to use RadiKerb. If you don’t get a favourable reply go to the local and national press if you have time for a challenge!
Its about time the goverment acted now and made it a legal obligation for HA’s to provide home chargers or off street chargers. Instead the goverment will drag its feet and it will be 2030 or what ever date the ban on the sale of new ICE cars comes into force, leaving many who want an EVhung to dry.
