sorry to hear the hassle you’ve had but it’s rare to find a decent dealership and I’ve had some terrible experiences with dealerships but there are some good ones too. Courtesy cars are indeed rarer than ever.
I think the criteria for and membership to be an Accredited Motability Specialist Dealer, should be more stringent. And a ‘mystery shopper’ programme for it too, both i’ve suggested to motability operations in the past.
Anyway, on a positive, my experience today with Motorvogue Renault in Bedford was exemplar & I’ll be writing to Motability Operations to sing their praises – credit, where credit due.
