Cost wise, if you have a local slow (7kWh) charger near to home or work and you can use that it’ll work out much, much cheaper than having to rapid charge every now and then. Based on the relatively limited mileage you’ll be charging once a week at most except for that longer journey. The IV60 will get you 2=10 of these 20 mile trips unless you’re charging around. The 80 a few more.
Charging costs can vary but the Motability charge card and the PowerPass app will combine to get you some good rates on a good number of charging options. All this won’t be as cheap as charging at home but you need a solution that gets power from home to car without risking anyone tripping. A cable protector may work but you’d need to ensure you can both step over it and run a pushchair/wheelchair over it to avoid problems with neighbours.
Unless you are forced to rapid charge all the time, you’ll find the prices slightly better than petrol or diesel and the Enyaq has been reviewed a good few times as a brilliant car, regardless of fuel source.
