Courtesy cars are getting rarer as time goes by, give it a couple of years and they’ll be for elites only.
Our Mercedes dealer does do them but never has one available no matter how early we book. We used the taxi service MB arranged last time and it was fine. They set an account up and told us we could use it as much as we needed until the car was ready.
