Ordered the Mokka 1.2 Ultimate Auto on 10th Feb 2023 (now removed from the scheme but I am told existing orders will be honored) Nothing from the Dealer, Pentagon Vauxhall Loughborough. I have tried to call a couple of times but get no reply and I feel like I am being a pain asking if it has a build date. I did e-mail the dealership Motability team but all I got in reply was a link to a video, basically saying stop pestering us you will get it when you get it. Never been so stressed over an order and feel like a second-class citizen.
