Ah, you remined me of something @POPS On day of collection, you normally fill out any remaing paperwork, hand over any AP and enter your PIN before being shown around the your car – during these times its imperative you request to look at the car or t least ask if the specification is as the same spec when you ordered your car with nothing missing prior to entering your PIN. Ive always thought the order in which it is done is back to front and have requested to view the car prior to finalising the deal!
I agree that is definitely the wrong way around. It is quite easy though to ask to check the car before completing the transaction on it. After all would anybody complete a £50,000 transaction on an asset without having checked that the item was what it was expected to be?
