I got my renewal email this morning, so while waiting for a delivery, I thought I’d get it done. It’s certainly a bit more involved than I remembered from 3 years ago. They want a lot more info, you have to upload the pages from your PIP entitlement letter, including the points scored pages. That took some digging out! Fortunately I scored 12 points for mobility so didn’t have to supply a doctors note. Paid the £10 and submitted the form, then it tells you to download the finished form and use your date of birth number to open the PDF. All to do with security I expect.
Just have to wait for Hertfordshire County Council to send me the badge…
