I think your right so just placed an order, delivery projected for 16 weeks (will see) but thought nothing else I want so might as while jump now, when new q3 list is released it may throw up something, got a gentleman agreement with the dealership manager that they will change the paperwork should the price drop but not increase if goes up, would’nt shift on the Pearl white paint price increase of £200 same as Toomeys so ordered met.black and saved £200.
On another point as my last post when Toomeys of Basildon told me they could not complete my order that I had placed and that Citroen has told them that they were not producing Sense plus trim any more, Stellantis chelmsford tell me that there is no such report sent out from Citroen and all colours and trims are still available to order.
As customers of ALL car companies we are just lead along with whatever tale they wish to spin us to cover the fact that they just do not have the stock or that the long boat trip from Asia adds to lead times, it is now just expected that a new vehicle will take anything from 16 to 52 weeks or more to deliver, this use to be lead times for high class rides not everyday runarounds but we as normal have no choice (could buy a horse) to agree to this and thank them for taking our order!!
