    When I get my MG serviced the franchises on that site include KIA.  Last time I was there they were showing a couple around a Sportage.  The conversation was all positive until it came to delivery times.  For retail customers they were struggling to get their hands on hybrids in the same calendar year.  If they’re losing custom on retail due to demand outweighing supply capacity, why would they add to demand in any preventable manner?

    They can provide unfavourable terms to lease companies to reduce demand but overcharging the disabled isn’t a good look, especially when they can simply say no, so they withdraw automatics from the scheme, which is better than forcing an £8k AP just to put people off as that’ll impact the rest of their offerings on scheme.
