@SLC Blowing a sample of breath between 35 and 39 at the the station is the reason you were not charged and released with no further action (NFA). You were lucky as it used to be you would have had to have blood or urine test.
Having a NFA means no charge will be taken and the police are no longer actively investigating is unlikely to affect your insurance/premiums.
Count you self very lucky indeed and in future drink pop or a shandy if you must as net time you may not be so lucky!
