Yeap car was due pick up Tuesday at 9.30am! So I will be contacting motability at 8 or half 8. I contacted the grants team Friday also after speaking to the dealership said ‘your case manager is away home’ I said I want to speak to my case managers manager now and kept being refused a manager how I can’t apparently speak to someone above a case manager until I request a grant review. I will be getting an mp involved at this rate because no charity should be so passive, dismissive and non empathetic towards service users who have disabilities. Absolutely shocking.
I screenshotted my live chat with motability on Friday at 4.30pm confirming it was accepted and ready for collection on 2nd May and forwarded it to the dealership
