We use it to when going to the southwest from the northwest, we go M6 toll M42 then join the M5. When you look on a map it looks a longer run. But in reality it rarely adds more than 5 minutes and it’s a much nicer journey cutting out the busy section of the M6 where it joins the M5. Also the Norton Cannes services is very accessible, lots of disabled parking and 2 accessible toilets which are cleaned regularly. Oh and actual toll road is very quiet even on a Saturday afternoon.
