I realise this is an old Post but thought I would give it a try… Having read the previous Posts I notice there is no Code specifically for ‘Hand controls’ (accelerator, brake or clutch (for manual transmission vehicles)). Does this mean they would be a combination of Codes – 15/20/25 and/or 114? Also, under Codes 32 & 33 what do others think a ‘service brake’ is? In over 40 years of driving I have NEVER heard this term used in the UK!!! It’s either a ‘hand brake’ (Parking brake in the US) or a ‘foot brake’ – regardless of HOW it is operated (including electrically-operated ‘hand brakes’ on more recent vehicles)! TIA

It will be a combined code/s, rather than individual codes imo.

Code 33 covers code 32 with the addition of steering systems (Tiller system for exmple)

    Code 32 combines codes 20 and 25 – Code 33 combines codes 20, 25 and 40.

A service break system refers to the primary breaking (foot brake) which operates seperately from the parking break. (the combined codes refer to a modified foot break)

If in doubt cover yourar$e with code 114 or use indvidual modification codes.

    Hope this helps 🙂
