I’ll hold fire till you present your source, but as I stated above Scotland is recognised as a Country by all the major respected information sites, including Encyclopaedia Brittanica, Wikipaedia, Oxford dictionary et al.
As I stated to Kezo it’s also recognised as a Country by most of the international sporting organisations, which is why it plays internationals. In my experience the people who question the status of Scottish or indeed Welsh national identity tend to be right wing zealots living in the past, like the Victorian time traveller Rees Mogg. But as I said I will wait with baited breath for the source of your “article”.
By the way I doubt a serious article would include the words “tickety boo” on any serious analysis
