Kezo, thanks for your quick response. It’s the mild hybrid automatic that went on the scheme last week. I’ve read through all the posts on this subject and it seem that it’s still an ongoing issue that there may be or not a solution – might be best to look for something different or hang on a while to see if a solution that works comes a long. It’s a pity as the car is pretty well specced and has a reasonable advance payment
I have the Tusconwith same engine, same issue.
I took mine for its first service last week and spoke to the workshop manager. He told me they had trialed a software update a select amount of vehicles along with Kia and it didn’t workand both Hyindai/kia are back to the drawing board, with no date to when the will come up with something.
Have you looked a the Kuga Full hybrid.
