I have a CLA 180 Shooting Brake premium plus. I was lucky to find one in stock in a dealers in Ascot that was a cancelled motability order. (I did put some pics up when I collected it.) This was in October 2020 so it has all the bells and whistles before all the chip problems. I absolutely adore the car and have had no issues in the two and a half years I’ve had it and I’ve covered 33000 miles. The only suggestion I can say is to try and delete the app and reinstall, again I can’t really help having not had any issues with the app myself.
I don’t know what to do when I’m due to start looking for a new car in July, I may order something I know will take for ever to arrive so I have the option to cancel if the scheme ever gets back to “normal ” I would happily extend but due to the mileage I’m not sure it would be allowed. May bite the bullet and just purchase a three year old CLA as I don’t think I’d want one but since then with all the good stuff removed. I hope you find an answer to your problems and enjoy the car the way I have. Take care mate
