It’s part of a small retail park. I was 23 minutes over the two hours.
Same thing happened to my wife (the local reatial park installed camera’s and put up signs etc and put a limit on how long you could park, previosuly they had been no limit).
I contacted the retial park manager direct, didnt even bother with the parking company.
Wrote them a letter explaining how much we had spent in the park and was disgusted to recieve a parking charge after spending so much money (had all reciepts), I explained in detial the dissability and how its effects on doing even basic things like shopping it takes much longer etc the stress getting this charge has cuased and qouted the equality act etc etc.
I sent a photo of the blue badge and copies of the reciepts and heard no more.
