Think that will be my next move Chris, tried again today and apparently the Motability guy I need has his day off on a Tuesday, weird that, when I rang on a Thursday, that was his day off and I ordered my car on a Tuesday. Anyway, I said about my calls not being returned and she said she would get a manager to call.
Guess what? No phone call received.
