On Tuesday we phoned Motability and extended our lease, since Christmas we have had an ongoing problem with the vehicles display screen, the screen control several of the vehicle function like charging, radio and driving wing mirrors among other important functions. Recently the problems have got worse, Mitsubishi are fully aware of the problem, however there is a world wide waiting list, we have to wait for a replacement screen with our specific serial number, unfortunately the radio turns itself on and off and changes programmes by itself, driving along it bleeps as it is trying to resetting itself, yesterday whilst driving down the M6 the mirrors decided to close themselves shut, on the way back it happened again but not on the motorway. I phoned our supplying Motability dealership this morning they are supportive but as Mitsubishi are no longer supplying vehicles in UK and Europe, can only offer limited support.
Well some good new today Mitsubishi have now received my new SDA2 head unit and have asked to book the car in.
Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
